Dr. Kanitkar has been a pillar of the New York dental community since 2010. After studying at the University of Pittsburgh and MetroHealth Hospital, she has spent over 20 years specializing in pediatric oral health. Previously, she was the head of a pediatric residency program in New York, where she educated the specialists of tomorrow.
Dr. Kanitkar’s practice is built on the pillars of early prevention and minimally invasive treatment. She is committed to fostering a supportive environment where children feel safe and caregivers feel informed.
When she isn't shaping smiles or teaching, the Mumbai, India native enjoys visiting her family abroad, as well as hiking and traveling.
